Our Trilix electric bikes are available for test rides at our partner dealerships.
Test rides are free and typically last about 15-30 minutes. Please bring a form of identification with you.
When purchasing your Trilix Classic and Trilix Smart, you can select your preferred location at checkout to have your bike and accessories delivered to a partner dealership for assembly. This service has an additional cost of €99, to be paid upon pickup. Good to know: Online delivery times will still adhere to normal delivery times and will vary depending on the model and color of the bike.
Once the order is placed, the bike will be delivered from our warehouse to the partner dealership according to the latest delivery times (which depend on the model and color of the bike). Once arrived, our store partners will strive to assemble the bikes as soon as possible. Bikes are not delivered to store partners any faster than to home addresses.
You have the option to have the bike assembled by one of our official distributors, but you will need to bring it to their location yourself.
